Like all Mac users I have a number of feeds that alert me to new applications and utilities for OSX. Some are very nice to have but with the evolution of OSX you need to be careful about what you download and use as some bad code can really screw up your system and drive you crazy with diagnostics and a reinstall of OSX. I like to record videos off the Web. There are some great videos of old TV shows and other things that I like to collect but the problem has always been that it's sometime hard to download without going through a log of apps. I don't know about your but it can be a real pain in the ass to have to go to the applications folder to open a program even with the dock and stacks. That's why I use Overflow an inexpensive program ($14.95) that allows you to customize the tabs and put all the applications you want out of the dock but yet within easy reach. Read More...
